    Silly people have issues with kids playing near Mom. Seeing you pregnant and that you've already experienced labor is a big green flag to me! Plus they're cute and well behaved.

Your thoughts and your body don't have to stay the same though, and they won't. The fact is -- it is either going to improve or get worse, and you have some control over the direction you go next.     Hi Ashley, You mentioned you re-filmed the 8 minute workouts because your old workout videos were inappropriate, so why do you keep them up? Because you are financially benefiting from them? I feel like if it's a genuine heart issue then you would take them down, as they could cause others to stumble. Just my initial thoughts as I'm listening to this. Because it's hypocritical honestly.

      I keep ALL of my old UA-cam videos up because that was me then -- not intending for others to stumble, but the heart issue was boasting myself up as a brand new certified personal trainer at the time who thought I had to "show off" my body by showing more skin. What would be deceitful and questionable character is to hide, delete, and eliminate who I was then and act like I've always been who I am now. : ) The old free challenge simply isn't reflective of how I talk and act now, so I wanted to give women a brand new week of FREE workouts that require no equipment, can be done anywhere, that reflect what GlowBodyPT is now, so they know me and what I stand for before they buy a paid program. ---> There also may be some confusion about how LITTLE youtube generates (it's laughable) -- a few cents only if someone clicks on an add. There's ZERO financial gain for creators when you watch a video, unless you click out of the video because an advertisement stole your interest.

    I love your workouts and your faith! I feel uncomfortable with the amount of focus on “fat removal” and targeting areas deemed embarrassing. I wish I could play the videos on mute more easily so that my little girls don’t take in those messages. I want to raise my 8y/o to focus on her physical health and strength to the glory of God, and not already have ideas about bra bulge (messages I’ve tried to drown out so that I’m not living in shame). Thanks for your hard work.

      thanks for sharing this, and I get your feelings completely. If you watch some of my videos from the very beginning I cringe too because I thougt those were the messages women wanted to hear. Now I'm here to have a strong, high-functioning, healthy body to serve God and be active with my children for the long term. <3 Congrats to you raising your 8 yr old daughter well as you grow a new baby!

      This is a Diastasis Recti *maintenance* routine that's perfect for once or twice per week. That's all you need! The 8 Minute Week Challenge is perfect as-is, and when you need MORE challenge, you need to progress up to resistance training like we do in the 10 Minute Plan! Still ultra fast, targeted workouts in 10 minutes each, that add up to 30 minutes per day. They make you feel like a time genuis because you get the results of an hour long workout, but only had to train for half an hour.

    The noise in this video of your kids running around when someone is trying to concentrate on learning how to stretch is absolutely beyond irritating. Dear Jesus!!! . You would do much better if you were to drown out the sound of noisy kids.Or how about record this with no kids in the background? Like no one wants to listen to that!!!🙄

    This video helped so much! I’m 6 months postpartum from having twins and I’ve been so upset/ashamed with how my body looks. Now I understand a bit more it’s not only my hunger/lack of will power but the combo of breastfeeding, hormones and lack of sleep affecting my appetite.
